    Tver Governor Igor Rudenya claimed that air defense systems shot down drones, causing a fire from falling debris, despite the ongoing sounds of ammunition detonations in Toropets. Russia's Ministry of Defense did not report any drone interceptions in the Tver region in its morning update.
