What you want for something like that to work or be effective is people, ultimately. The biggest barrier is how much of the currently existing 'rw/dr/wn/ns/whatever you want to call it' culture leans very heavily towards consensus enforcement- you see this reflected in hellthreading tendencies, purity spiraling, any number of shibboleths or shit tests- these are consensus mechanisms. You can have a consensus mindset or a growth mindset. You *could* *try* to do both, but in prior experience the best outcome of that is you just sort of end up half-assing *both* of those.
