In Germany there is a youth protection law, so everyone in an apprenticeship that isn't 18 years yet has to bring some sort of medical information, that the apprenticeship isn't harming for them.

Now the trainees start to argue about, wheter they have to bring it or not when they are not 18 on the due date.
