minuteimagine if rents were really low, for homes and small businesses also... everybody would have a bunch more time and not be in a constant fight to make ends meet. imagine how one could take time to do stuff and how much interesting and creative spaces and stuff we could get. weird that (at least in berlin) this changed so dramatically (i'm here for around 20 years now). i know, i know, nothing new here. just saying!
