Had to do the hour drive in each direction to go over and help mum fill the form out in the end, the software that they use (jetsign) is terrible, and the way they format the form is worse.

It’s formatted like you need to fill out a hard copy, and the boxes you need to fill in information are invisible, and if you click anywhere that there isn’t a box it creates a box for you, as a result mum had filled the entire thing in boxes she’d created and the software thought it was empty
