It's a decentralized clusterfuck of servers and with that comes fundamental issues that have no solution.

You aren't going to find some perfect solution to moderation and dealing with bad instances. There's nothing you can do to stop people from making infinite alt accounts cause there's no one place you can block someone.

Don't like the stuff your instance does and the mods won't listen or are just shit? Go make an account somewhere else or run your own. Nothing else you can do.

See someone being a racist homophobic, and transphobic shithead? Block them or their instance and move on. There isn't anything you can do.
