@glitter@bbs.kawa-kun.com i have the versys-x 300 which is the same engine as the ninja 300, it sounds like you're adjusting really well! I also remember disliking my msf bike a lot and liking my own bike a lot better. I've been adjusting to my bike too, it turns out I think I need to drop the throttle more than I normally would to shift from 1st-2nd, but for all the other gears they feel pretty much where i expect them to. I hope you're having fun riding around to places, I remember once I started practicing and getting good at slower speed maneuvers in parking lots like banging figure 8s and uturns, I felt a lot better on the stuff that could ever come up during normal riding. I remember my 650 was a lot easier to not have stalling issues, but the weight would make slower speed maneuvers more tricky
