araly@fristi @volpeon yes, and the way you bring juniors up to speed is not by paying for a bootcamp and hoping they learn everything in 3 months. you give each of these juniors a mentor, and you give them proper tasks, with the understanding that it will be slow at first, and will take a lot of time from the mentor. and then slowly over the course of a year or so, the junior will be more comfortable and faster (by which I mean less error prone really)
