Embed Notice

To move from one Mastodon server to another:

1. Set up a new account, on your new server.
2 in your *new* account, click "edit profile", go to the bottom, and click "create an account alias"
3. in your "old" account, click "edit profile" then click "move to a new account". Enter your *new* account handle and the password of your *old* account.
4. Go to your *new* account. Your followers should have been signed up to your new account.
5. re-follow them (go to notifications)
