SoGeneris for Harris/Walz@br00t4c this is deeply horrifying. And I fail to see how Texas could charge someone who was not breaking the law in another state. Is this the law that allows someone in Texas to report someone else? How can a state stipulate that you can’t leave that state for any reason you want?
