Like sata ssds, usb dongles, … don't need much packaging other than the parcel box that retail stores will pretty much invariably add for small/grouped items.

Which reminds me of my dad getting a 3G dongle in a big thick plastic box, like slightly larger than a DVD box and much thicker plastic.
And then of course put into a bubble-craft letter.
