Peter OramI live a privileged life. I’m busy with work and teenaged children. I spend a lot of my down time on my smartphone, mindlessly. This afternoon I’m going to a cabin at the local Buddhist centre. (I’m not Buddhist, but that isn’t relevant.) I’ll be there for about 20 hours, by myself, with some strangers around, without a smartphone, without responsibilities. I’m looking forward to it and I’m also low-key anxious. #mindfulness #Chenrezig #retreat
