HelenFirst few days of school have gone well. We're trying to implement a new, more consistent behaviour policy and it's interesting how SLT have gone about that. I increasingly think I'd love to have more influence by perhaps moving into leadership so trying to really learn as much as possible and reflect on how things are done #Education #teaching #Teacher #BackToSchool #SecondarySchool #edutooter @edutooters
