Leaders,
Asking folks with the *least* power in the room to take the most risks (or what feels like the most risk to them) is just not the way.
If you want them to show up, you need to create the path for them to participate in ways that meet them where they're at.
Yeah. That's a lot of work.
But you can either do that or watch as they disengage one by one.
