Just so y’all are crystal fucking clear here, the people who get this medication are almost always otherwise pretty healthy 15-35 year old women who have the misfortune of suffering a miscarriage, hemorrhage after delivering a baby, or period so heavy they are at risk of needing a blood transfusion.
