JulesLeaving aside the moral argument for the moment, decision makers in wealthy countries need to understand that it's far more efficient in terms of both lives and costs saved to share #vaccines and stop infectious diseases as early and close to the source as possible rather than hoarding their own stockpiles for when the disease reaches their own populations - sharing vaccines equitably may mean it never even gets there in the 1st place
