Last night, I determined it was traveling to visit my mother at this time was a very bad idea. She has NPD and vascular dementia. Her driver’s license was just taken away and her behavior is beyond, beyond.

I have compassion, but for the first time in my life, I am taking care of myself first. I am worthy, so I canceled the flight and will postpone the visit until her birthday next year.

For anyone else with a NPD mother…you are precious beyond belief. ❤️😊❤️
