Sean Bala@agnes In my experience, good vegan Mexican is hard to find. I can think of two in Chicago. One is "Penelope's Vegan Taqueria" and I don't like much. It's a vegan place that happens to be Mexican, not a Mexican vegan place (does that make any sense)? The other is "Quesadilla La Reina Del Sol" and I go back and forth about whether I actually like it or not. My rule of thumb is usually go twice before judging but this place has stumped my rule.
