"These meetings occurred on January 28th, February 11th, and February 25th. The Court listened to the audio recordings of each meeting and noted with interest that the January 28th meeting was the calmest and most supportive of Plaintiff. The Court did not hear a single negative comment about Mr. Moorehead.
