    Pavel Durov, Telegram @telegram Founder has been arrested in France. He is apparently being charged for not being able to take enough actions against criminal uses of Telegram.

    The surprising part is why he took the risk to land in France while he knew he was under arrest warrant.

    Without judging about the charges, this day is probably not good for freedom.
