Musing on some thoughts for #Mastodon abuse #moderation techniques.

What if people could 'subscribe' to the block list of people they follow. Assuming that following someone implies a mild level of trust & "I kinda like similar things this person likes." Then as people I follow identify trolls & abusive commenters & block them... then those blocks spread to their network proactively.

Would be opt-in and may even later expand to allowing someone to 'share' their block at the time of blocking. 🤔
