@Groomschild @SuperSnekFriend I don't have a problem with taxes that only apply to the wealthy requiring additional paper that allows them to limit what they owe.

The problem is basically what Jouvenel talks about - Power tends to work this way. The fed income tax originally applied to a tiny percent of people, but quickly applied to like 10% and then within a decade 90%.

Tax law is often more of a matter of control than finance.
