ThayerHas anyone else noticed a regression in how tech companies treat people? I felt like for a little while a few years ago things were getting better: treating people as humans not resources, not working on stupid founder fancies but useful products etc but I swear I've noticed this rolling back the last year. Or is it just my unfortunate witnessing? Feel like it's related to the job market, companies having more power than the people again.
