If this is genuine then this gives lower-skilled right wing people an exit out of the US - presenting a path to a better life for *all* decent people other than revolution.

Higher-skilled people can go elsewhere in the world and get a job, and with this it's just true that anyone can pack their bags and get out. Russia isn't a better place than the US if you're skilled, but it *is* a better place than the US if you have limited skills.
