IVF is "reproductive care" , abortions are "reproductive care" .. my assumption based on this would be that abortion isn't generating the juice they want because young kids aren't having sex, so none of the young girls are afraid of having unwanted kids.

The older women that could vote for Kamallama aren't young enough to just be running around fucking like bunnies and in fact probably are having a hard time getting pregnant.

So they are trying to engage them, regardless of truth, because "they banned ONE reproductive care, they'll do another!"
