You probably won't like the fact that it's in Rust, but I don't care. The requirements seem even more modest than that of Plemora, but it seems just as featureful.
It doesn't have a frontend…. Well, have one that requires Node which is a no go for me, but it supports MastoAPI and I would be fine using Bloat.
