It's worse: Vance was making fun of the war hero Sen. John Kerry, who was ridiculed in August 2003 for making the same order, while being swiftboated by the GOP. In other words, it was a deep cut of GOP ratf*ckery, resurrected by Vance because he's a really, really weird creep.
