    Since the Wilding vs. DNC ruling eight years ago I have been waiting for Bernie Sanders to point out the obvious: if the Democratic Party is a private organization that can restrict "speech" in its primaries however it likes then it can unilaterally satisfy its own platform plank and unilaterally overturn Citizens United during them.

    The constant barrage of fundraising spam about overturning Citizens United recycled from big donor money is really embarrassing.
