Now, to get that sort of experience, you have to use gregtech or something similar. If you're familiar with gregtech, you can guess I'm not really into the idea of spending an hour making a gear...😔

It's sad.

I even started downloading a pack with those old mods on an old version, but I want to experience the new Minecraft stuff so it's not really what I want.😩
