The U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency says Trump's China tariffs have raised $69 billion since the first batch hit in mid-2018. That's just a fraction of overall government revenue, which came in just below $3.5 trillion in fiscal 2019. However, to offset the impact of reduced Chinese agricultural imports, Trump has provided $61 billion in taxpayer aid to U.S. farmers.
