    Note that SpaceX has screwed this up so massively that the FAA actually delayed their public hearings on it and there's now not a fixed end date for accepting comments, so that's exciting: https://spacepolicyonline.com/news/spacex-denies-violating-environmental-regulations-at-starbase/
