Yesterday was banana bread day, and today I'm baking morning glory muffins.
Lots of grating of carrots and apples happened. It was worth it.
Most of the thirty muffins will be for the freezer. We will see how many make it that far. I can't resist eating a muffin hot out of the oven with melted salted butter.
Oh my goodness, what a treat.
I was bad, and at the last minute, I added white chocolate chips to the batter. That immediately made them double tasty.
Muffins for lunch it is.
