@guizzy apparently the Aliens 4k is not even a new transfer, its based on the blu ray. the "HDR" never goes over 200 nits and colors barely leave 709, but at least everyones faces are AI claymation and distant details are warped into made up messes. i had to turn off The Abyss it looked so fucking bad. im never gonna watch these movies again until we get a despecialized thing
