@naaksit whatever you say, studies still show that people are more miserable in commieblocks or city apartments in general. Most families in cities have 1 or 2 children, as opposed to 2 or 3 when living in their own houses.

The biggest problem with apartment buildings is, they lack space for expansion. You can't just add one or two extra rooms to your apartment if you decide to make one or two more children.
