People talk about how the force disparity is proportionally larger due to police militarization, but conveniently ignore Russia-Ukraine and Israeli-Palestinian conflicts and the successful guerilla tactics. They conveniently ignore the fact that something like 10-30% of the military would likely betray their post and another sizeable portion would remain as double agents. The list goes on and on.
