False alarm. weirder.earth is one of those instances that block every instance that has anyone on it that's noteworthy.

As soon as I saw hear-me.social, I no longer could take them seriously.

If you go to their admins page https://weirder.earth/@WeirderAdmin, they're most recent post is from June 29th and says:

"There's been a degree of confusion about some of our instance blocks, so we want to clarify: when we want to make public statement about an instance we defederate from, we make a fediblock post. Otherwise, we make a local-only post, so our local users are informed and have a chance to ask questions and make preparations, and that's it.

If we didn't make a fediblock post, we probably don't want to talk about it outside the instance. Sorry."

That's obviously because they're seriously defaming other people to their own users and don't want to be sued.😒
