Sally Strange@RMiddleton I've never met or heard of anyone who uses different pronouns based on whether it's possessive or not. I think it's more of a convention for neologisms where the different forms might not be so intuitive, for instance "zie/hir", which is what the late great Leslie Feinberg used. There's also "fae/faer" and "xe/xir", etc.
