As a former Apple employee, you are a number and that’s it, like in every corporation, but the guy at the top steering the ship still matters. Jobs led Apple pretty well. Musk continues to drag down Tesla, SpaceX, and is killing Twitter/X.
Seems a massive contrast versus the comparison you’re trying to make.
