    @AnthonyJK forgive the unsolicited advice if you will... But if your kidneys are okay, there are a lot of calcium citrate or potassium citrate or magnesium citrate things on the market that erase constipation

    My kidneys are getting fried with my meds so I can't take it anymore but I always like to spread the word because it was a lifesaver for me
