    I'm wondering how much telemetry Windows sends. I was trying to troubleshoot slow internet speeds. A number of computers took 45 minutes to boot. That's 45 minutes of 🛞 Please Wait… until it could proceed to the login screen. It took another 30 minutes to login.

    Why would Windows need the internet while booting up?
