One major thing that made my life better and safer was voice training. I trained my voice so hard that i was hoarse almost every evening for 3 years gay to the point where no one IRL can tell, even when standing right beside me. That was my goal and i can tell by looking at my everyday life that i have accomplished that goal. The voice i developed and that you can hear in the recording is my normal 24/7 voice since about 2 years now and i use it automagically without thinking.
