@kirby I had a bad time this morning. Paperwork for permission to change windows in my apartment didn't realize I needed it. Had to go to administration because they were supposed to come today to change the 5 windows. Take pictures of windows find bills and house planning overview and wait in queue for a while. These are 10 000 euros windows that are completely isolating. 10 000 dollars for 5 windows.
