In essence: Musk may be a buffoon, but those financing the acquisition of Twitter would not be.
And even if the lenders were somehow sentimental or easily impressed, their lawyers certainly would not have been.

The lawyers’ Due-Diligence would have been intense.
So: what security could the lenders have demanded before lending to Musk for this deal?
I think we are all about to find out.
