    I'm hopeful for a strong and durable #Fediverse, and I don't see how a Meta-controlled instance has any long term place in such. Corporations never, ever care about a wider community, only market share, engagement, control. The people I've met here have been wonderful; the lack of brands or corporate interests anywhere near my feed has been essential. Essential.
