Shadowman311This is a part of a great idea, however it's flawed, and I suspect intentionally, the full idea should be sufferage only to those who are married with children and who are 25 years of age or older. However if that was the standard, 98% of black people would be intelligible and since the Republicans indefinitely covet their vote despite never actually winning it, they won't do that.
