    #Labour officials briefed that the party continued to believe that the #ICC, based in #TheHague, had jurisdiction over #Gaza.

    In a submission to the ICC, made by the previous (Tory) government, the #UK had claimed the court did not have jurisdiction over #IsraeliNationals. #Israel #UK
