@mook It still has, but a large bit of it has moved into the Russian anti-war diaspora with artists like Buttechno giving active support for Ukrainian causes.
Not to forget the Ukrainian electronic music scene which is great and (musically) tends to have a bit more humour than its Russian counterpart.
