And they should be mounting the most aggressive campaign ever to go after corporate and rich tax evaders...collect every tax they owe, every legal judgment they haven't yet paid up, and use it to fund the rebuilding & prevention everyone has to do (while the profits from destroying the environment and causing climate change went to the social class who still treats Gulfstreams like a city bus).
