The #Biden "takes naps" story is easily the most ridiculous of the trash talk surrounding him now. I am half Biden's age and after a recent promotion I explicitly asked for a sofa in my new office so I can take power naps in the afternoon [i previously used a camping mattress].
Naps *massively* improve my focus and productivity on long work days. That a much older man does the same thing proves only that Joe is doing his job, and that the media isnt doing theirs.
