ChristopherJapan has a black Rugby player on their Olympic squad. Mixed race parents I’m sure but folks of any African origin being raised in Japan is something I’ve looked into a bit. Other Japanese folks sometimes tell these residents they’ll never be Japanese. Here’s a discussion about it.
